The Queue Manager screen provides several information for the Queue Manager.
On top of the screen in the center, the queue name is shown.
Just below the queue name, you can find the status of the queue, indicating if the queue is currently opened or closed.
Next to the black queue icon, you can find the amount of currently queued customers.
Next to the black queue icon with a single person highlighted, you can find the amount of called customers. This count only includes customers who have been called and whose timer hasn’t expired yet.
If Called customer listing is activated, you can tap on the called customer count to see more details about the called customers.
If Customer counting is enabled, you will see the count of currently visiting customers, customer limit and buttons to count customers in and out.
