Call a customer by position

Overview

The Queue Manager is also responsible for calling customers from the queue.

Call Next Customer

Tapping on Call next customer will call the customer from first queue position.

Multiple Call Texts (Premium)

If the Queue Administrator has defined multiple call texts, you will have to select a call text. This text will be shown to the customer and in the called customer listing. Multiple Call Texts

Customer Note

In case an offline customer or a SMS customer with a set note has been called, the note will be shown right after the customer has been called. Offline Customer Note
