Option 1: Use the Mobile Website

Android

After scanning the QR code with a QR code scanner app, you will directly see your ticket. As soon as you get called, you will receive a notification. The website will now show information about how to proceed and a timer, telling you how much time you have left to verify your call at the location.

You can leave the queue at any time by tapping on “Leave queue” and confirm to leave - by leaving the queue you will lose your queue position.

Enable the sound icon in the top right corner to receive notifications.

iOS

You can leave the queue at any time by tapping on “Leave queue” and confirm to leave - by leaving the queue you will lose your queue position.

Enable the sound icon in the top right corner to receive sound notifications. Since iOS doesn’t support notifications from websites, you have to keep the website open to get notified or check it manually on a regular base. Option 4: Text Message

If you don’t want to use the website, an app or Apple Wallet/Google Pass, you can also approach a queue manager and ask him to add your phone number to the queue. By adding you to the queue via phone number, you will receive text messages when you queue in and when you are being called. The second text message will inform you about how to proceed and contain a time until which you have to verify your call at the location.

Option 5: Offline

In case you are not happy with any of the options mentioned above, you can approach a queue manager and ask him to add you as an offline customer. For this option, it is required to wait on site, so that the queue manager can call you directly when it’s your turn.
