Business Settings

Overview

In this area, you have access to all settings which are not queue specific. To improve the user experience on this are, we created three areas which can be extended to see the different settings: Basic, Apperance and Queue Selection.

Global Settings

Business Name

The business name is displayed to your users in the app and is used to identify your business.

Languages

Select the languages that you would like to support in the app and the one language to be used for customers who do not use any of the supported languages.

Country and Time Zone

This setting is used to determine the default prefix to be used to send a text message if the customer did not specify it during the registration.

Country codes

Decide, which country codes your customers can choose from, when they register their phone number.

Enable queuing options without notification support

If you enable this option, your customers are able to join a queue via Google Pass or iOS web browser, both options do not support real time notifications.

App Logo (Premium)

This logo is displayed to your users in the app and is used to identify your business.

Font and background color

You can design the header of the queue selection view by changing the font color and background color, for example in colors that match your business logo.

QR Code print Logo (Premium)

This logo is displayed in the Customer QR Code and Queue Manager QR Code documents.

Master Queue Manager QR Code

By scanning this code, the Queue Manager can access the queue management mode for all queues. Generation of a new QR code invalidates the current one immediately.

Master Queue Manager PIN Code

This PIN code is used to authenticate the Queue Manager. With the master PIN code, the Queue Manager can access all queues.

Customer Master QR Code

By scanning this code, the customer can access the queue selection view and choose which queue to register. Generation of a new QR code invalidates the current one immediately.

Decide if and which queues should be available for your customers in the queue selection.
